As Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our existing accounts in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region. You will work with clients to identify business opportunities, do renewals and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
About the role:
- Presenting our feedback management solutions at the decision-maker level
- Responsible for renewing existing contracts and expanding existing accounts
- Respond to and act as a central contact for tenders
- Identifying and contacting decision-makers at the subsidiaries of your customers
- Going from research to initial contact and online presentation to the conclusion of a contract
- Actively conducting negotiations, from the individual presentations to the conclusion of a contract
- Working closely with the new and existing customer team, Services, Marketing and other functions in the company
The ideal candidate:
- Successful completion of studies or training with a commercial and/or business management focus, preferably in the sales methodology MEDDIC
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS
- A strong and winning personality and an unbeatable communicator in the field
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Getting done mentality, reliable and structured work approach
- Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in person, business fluent with a high level of initiative
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Ideally a confident user of MS Office and Salesforce.com
