How to become a Netigator
Step 1
After we've received your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review it and get back to you shortly after, usually within a week.
Step 2
If you're fit for the position, the next step is a 30-minute screen call. The meeting will focus on your skills and motivation for joining Netigate, your previous experience, and general questions.
Step 3
This interview will be conducted online with the hiring manager, aka your potential direct supervisor. The discussion will cover your previous experiences related to the role, how you would integrate with the team, and the challenges you might face, as well as clarify expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role. The goal is to provide a understanding of how your background aligns with the position and to establish expectations moving forward.
Step 4
For certain roles, a case study may not be applicable. However, this far in the process includes an invitation to visit the office, where you'll have the opportunity to meet potential team members. Additionally, you will have a meeting with the Head of HR at the representative location to further discuss the cultural aspects and expectations.
Step 5
Welcome on board! After you have accepted our offer, you will be invited to our preboarding process so that you are prepared for your start. Our HR will contact you with all the necessary information.

Yes, you can. But you don’t need to. Our Talent Acquisition team check every application if there is a fit to other positions.

We screen all incoming applications on a daily basis and get back to you as soon as possible. Latest you will hear from us 7 days after you have sent us your application.

The first Screen call will take place in English. All other interviews depend on the role and location you apply for. If it is necessary that you have to speak another language than in your daily business, we will include that in the process.

No, for this roles there is a reduced version of the process. After your application you will be invited to a first screen with the hiring manger. After that, there may will be a short case study (depends of the role) or an invitation for a short onsite get to know appointment.
