Your Role at a Glance
As Account Executive Finland, you will be responsible for managing and growing Netigate’s existing customer relationships primarily in the Finnish market. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers achieve value from our platform, understand their goals and challenges, and support their long-term success.
This is a customer-focused commercial role combining onboarding coordination, customer success, retention, renewals, and account expansion. You will own a portfolio of existing customers and drive key outcomes such as churn reduction, customer health, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value.
You will report to the Team Lead Customer Success in Finland and work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product and Support.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1-2 days per week in our office in central Helsinki.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow your own portfolio of customers, ensuring fast onboarding and engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Advise our customers on how to drive business results with our platform.
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
Renew contracts with existing customers and manage price increases.
Migrate existing customers to a new contractual framework.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape our go-to-market strategy in Finland.
Your Profile
Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success, ideally within SaaS or tech - experience within the field of Customer Experience is a big plus.
Strong commercial drive with hands-on and proven experience in upselling, renewals, and contract negotiations (in Finnish).
Strategic and data-driven mindset with excellent operational and communication skills.
Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish, German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with international, cross-border teams.
