About the role
As an Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success, satisfaction, and retention of key account portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact, advocate, and trusted advisor for our key accounts, responsible for maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, Services and Marketing to evolve and improve our customers success.
Through being a trusted advisor, you maximise the benefits of our customers’ investment with Netigate and thereby increase retention and expansion as well as identifying new opportunities and generate leads for the Account Manager.
As a CSM you do not: Close new customers (Sales Executives within New Client Acquisition do that), nor the Day-to-day support (our Customer Support does). You do not have any commercial responsibility in terms of expansion (this is done by our Account Managers), nevertheless you are an important player to find leads to our account manager team. You will be measured on metrics such as revenue retention (churn) and lifetime value.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of sales or relevant account management experience, management consulting or an advisory role preferably in SaaS (merited if you have experience in the Customer Success field but not a must)
- Business-level fluency in German and English.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
- An analytical mindset in combination with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to learn and explain technical concepts.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
